Our table was flooded with one after the other beautiful and mouthwatering dishes such as Crispy Lotus Stem with Avocado cream, Salmon Uzukuri, Jalapeno Relish, Blackened Garlic, Ponzu, Konnyakuyaki, Tomato And Basil, Kale pakchoy and Mushroom gaozi, Lhasan dressing (Dumpling), Crispy Vegetable Maki, Dehydrated Spinach, Carbon Sushi Roll & Asparagus, Corn & Spring Onion (Phew!). Let me tell you an open secret about this place- the servers at Pa Pa Ya are genius and one of their kinds, each one is a charmer and will make sure you eat not just to your stomach’s content but heart too.

To name a few of our favorites- Khao Pad karpao veg Thai basil fried rice with all the fresh thai herbs and bit of curry paste to give a extra punch; Singapore Chili Crab Mantao Buns- The Whole Tempura Fried Crispy Soft Shell Crab Served With Tomato Chilli Based Sauce On Top Along With Fermented Chinese Buns(Mantao Buns), if you are a non vegetarian and you somehow miss on this dish then please do yourself a favor and make another trip to just have this dish and Lamb Rendang Curry 2 Lamb Shanks Which Are Slowly Braised To Perfection Comes With Thick Indonesian Curry With Crispy Shallots On Top Served Along With 2 Portions Of Singaporean Crep called Roti Pratha. These are two mind boggling dishes of the lot!
The dessert section has been recreated, presenting some of the most iconic desserts from the Continent, having been completely twisted on their head and presented in a very fun, innovative and engaging way, making it an exciting experience for those with a sweet tooth and even those who are adventurous & love to tread into the unknown.
Chocolate Ball On Fire A big chocolate ball stuffed with 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream, chocolate ganache, cream cheese cake served on the bed of coffee cream and lots of cookie crumble and almond crumble flamed with 15 ml of cooked alcohol and later poured with toffee sauce on top.
